Crestgei Mobile Repair & Services

 

1. Repair Services

By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that:

Crestgei is not responsible for any data loss. Please back up your device before service.

Repairs may void the manufacturer’s original warranty.

We use high-quality replacement parts, which may be third-party or OEM-equivalent.

2. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on repair parts and labor. This warranty does not cover physical damage,

liquid damage, or unauthorized software modifications occurring after the repair.

3. Telecom Partner Services

Any services provided in partnership with AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile are subject to the respective

carrier’s terms of service and credit approval processes. Crestgei acts as an authorized service point

but does not control carrier networks.

 

4. Abandoned Devices

Devices left for more than 60 days after the completion of repair or diagnostic notification will be

considered abandoned and may be recycled or sold to recover costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crestgei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the

use of our services or the failure of a repaired device.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
